Welcome Zeke, good to have you on. By "site remediation," you're talking CERCLA/RCRA, right? I handle Clean Water Act dredge/fill permitting so I'm more focused on "birds and butterflies" compared to the hazardous waste side of things. But chemical testing does sometimes make an appearance in my line of work too.
