Hi everyone, today I want to share what happened on one of my projects. In the middle of a permit review, the city suddenly changed its zoning rules and our approval was at risk. I immediately set up an emergency call with the project manager, architect, and city planner to understand the new requirements. Within 48 hours we revised and resubmitted the plans, and I worked with officials to secure a waiver so we kept our place in line. Acting fast and keeping everyone coordinated turned a potential shutdown into just a small delay.
