What are some of y'all's end of year procedures to get ready for next year?

-is there anything your team focuses on?
-anything you close out or do to prepare for next year?

Good question!
There are of course year end reports that I do that focus on how many inspections were done, how many permits were issued, things like that.

It's always a good idea to reflect on what went well this year and implement it into next year, as well as what didn't go so well and what could be improved on.
