Changes In Permitting Processes?

Back before the election, there was a bill that eventually died that concerned the permitting processes. Namely, the bill wanted to streamline and upgrade the entire process. But now that Trump is firmly in office, will that bill, or another similar , spring back back to life?

If so, how do you think it would look? Would expediting the processes at the cost of environmental concerns be a wise move?

I'm not sure. I doubt that he even knows, really. His administration seems more concerned with removing rules and regulations, rather than creating new ones, so maybe he'll take that route.
