Building permit application screening software

I'm building a tool for residential building contractors that checks your permit application for completeness and basic compliance.

It can extract the code for any jurisdiction you enter and then do the analysis on your files where it checks for required documents, and also things like setbacks, signatures, north arrow, dimensions, etc.

I clicked on the link and have some feedback before I started anything!
The font is really cool but it is hard to read, and it is likely not ADA compliant. For contractors who are already not computer literate, this may be an issue.

Also, typo here:

I love that the software would scan the municipal code for consistencies, but would it scan the bldg code as well?
How much would it be for a demo on the municipal side?
