For us, I think it's stormwater requirements!! I have had about 7 resubmittal requests because people just aren't getting it.... & this is for an "easy" project - manufactured home placement! I don't know how to further help the applicant because we have told them - many times- what is required....

Let's see.... re-roofs; in our county, residential re-roofs are not required, but in city limits, they are..but ironically, most of the occurrences I see are commercial re-roofs without a permit. commercial tenant improvements signs! that's what I can think of right now...

I think what's most frustrating about it is that we list it in the requirements, but people fail to read it or even ask about it....they just leave it out, which then makes us ask them to resubmit and include it, and that's lost time on the project that could have been avoided.

We generate them manually and attach them with the other permit documents.

One thing I've seen w/ Bookings is that you can customize hours you're available, OR have it sync with your existing calendar. Either option avoids the double booking nightmare.
