Hey gang,
We went fully digital this past October, and prior to that, everything was stored on our internal staff drive. Records management was messy, but at least we kind of knew where things were.
I'm working with our legal team to update our LUPA procedures and have hit a wall with recommending how to manage the folder requirements since everything is now online. We don't have an active LUPA case but of course want to have our ducks in a row if it happens.
Who here has experience with this kind of thing? What do you recommend? Am I overthinking it (probably) & it's actually way easier than I'm making it out to be?
