What are your thoughts on builders creating new subdivisions and the improvements of the adjoining roads? Do you think the upgrades to to the infrastructure should be done first on par with the number of projected residents/vehicles? Or should we stick to the time tested mistake of building the houses, let people start buying and moving in, and when the house building is done, THEN start widening the roads?
