They're about as mediocre as you can get in terms of customer service and knowledge. I can handle that. What gets to me is the long wait times during phone calls and between emails. No one gets back to me in a timely manner. If a worker told me to come in at a certain time for assistance, my point of contact will be at least 20 minutes late. They also have a slow turnaround time when issuing permits and scheduling inspections. It takes months when things are going smoothly. If you need to make any corrections, that time will be even longer.
On the other hand, I will say that the fees are reasonable, and the workers are polite and willing to assist. The website is pretty useful as well Maybe they just need to hire more staff?
