I am the owner of Bitco Software where I have developed our permit tracking system PermitTrax. It is interesting to see everyone posting information about software and looking for a system. I hope I can contribute to information people may be asking.

Welcome to Permitting Talk! It looks like you've built a great platform, Bitco, that will enable several things to be automated. Which types of permits does your software support?

We can support basically anything you want to track. Our system is highly configurable based on custom screens and automations based on each clients unique requirements. We do not have modules like most permit systems. We create custom consoles for each customer with logic for each. Here is a list of some of the consoles we have created for our customers: Building Permits, Public Works Permits, Planning Applications, Business License, Code Enforcement, Rental Registrations, Vacant Building Registrations, Alarm Permits, Hazmat Permits, Contractor Licensing, Cemetery Records, Special Events, Pre Applications, Sign Permits, Grading Permits... and more.

We completed this year a full implementation for the City of Edmonds, Washington in approx 9 months from their previous system TraKit by Central Square. We converted all their existing data, added parcel and address conversions. Custom built an integration with MyBuildingPermit.com public portal they work with. We also completed an integration with LaserFiche with multidirectional access to files. We created 15 different consoles. I am attaching an image with a list of all the types of tracking consoles we have created, each one has their own structure of data and automation.

We are currently completing the Business License integration with the State of Washington where they can import business license data downloaded from the state and update existing license data as well as adding new licenses in the system for review.

hi, welcome!
Happy to have you here. I will check out your software, it's nice to see that it's Washington based, which means you comply with all the lovely new 5290 timeline requirements, unlike those on the national level...while we're not currently "in the market" for new software, it's nice to see what options are out there.
Thanks for being here!
